Return Policy

Mitari stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your products.

If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from Liftinggear-shop, you can return your item(s).

We provide a 30-day money back guarantee upon returning the ordered product, unused and in its original state and packaging. 

The 30 day period starts when you've received the ordered product.

Before returning an ordered item, please send us an e-mail (info@liftinggear-shop.com). Within this e-mail, please inform us about the exact item, invoice number and packing slip (or scan these forms).

Returning conditions: 

1. You can only return unused items, packed in their original packaging.
2. The packing slip or invoice has to be included in the returning package.
3. Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes of alterations.
4. The original delivery costs will not be refunded. The delivery costs for returning a product are for the account of the customer.
5. Assembled products (such as 2 or 4 legged chain slings, hoists) & Terrier Lifting clamps are eligible for return but with a penalty discount of 20%.
6. The refund procedure will start when we receive the item(s) back in our warehouse. You will be notified by email when we receive the item(s) in our warehouse. After checking the returned item(s) we will refund the amount.
