On all ordered items customers will have the right to return the ordered item within 30 days after receiving the item. By returning the product within its original package, unused and in the condition of delivery we will reimburse the proper sum paid, delivery costs excluded.

For our Terrier lifting clamps, we offer a 5 year warranty guaranteeing their proper functioning in normal situations provided that these products will receive a yearly inspection by a certified technician. 

2 year warranty on hand chain hoists, ratchet hoists and electrical hoists

We offer a 2 year warranty guaranteeing their proper functioning in normal situations provided that these products will receive a yearly inspection by a certified technician. 

Execution of warranty

Depending on the claim we will supply a solution which can be either a reparation, replacement or reimbursement.
