HV Lifting arm

The “HV” lifting arm transforms your standard NEO­LIFT magnet into a lifting device for turning workpieces through 90° and vertical transportation. The stoppers at the end of the arm enable to fully exploit the magnet’s lifting capacity in the vertical position. Without these stoppers only 25% of the capacity can be used.

• Available as a complete unit, lifting arm fitted to the magnet
• The lifting arm can be supplied separately and retro­fitted to existing NEOLIFT magnets
• The magnet’s position is adjustable to suit a range of diameters or widths;
• Suitable for flat material like plates and blocks only

APPLICATIONS

• Very convenient for loading and unloading of hori­zontal machining centres and lathes;
• Turning workpieces through 90° or even upside down in the warehouse or during assembly
